Heroes
Scrubs 6th Season Episode 1 has been very disappointing. This is the last year of the show and the age is starting to show. Everyone looks a bit tired and the material is getting dated.
However, Heroes came to the rescue. The show is literately named Heroes. Episode 11 will begin in 8 minutes, so I have to cut this short and go watch it. You should too.
update: NBC the premiere channel for Heroes has generously released Hero on their website for anyone to watch, free.

sorry for the lateness of my reply, i haven't check my blog for a while. The scrolling title change was made around New Years along with a bunch of other changes. I made a long winded semi-technical post about it. The link is http://sushi-delight.blogspot.com/2006/02/new-year-new-changes.html
