Small Update

Made some simple site changes:

• Add a new link "Joel on Software" which has some great technical and economic articles.
• Took away Chatter Box function. No one uses it and i realize it gives pop up. I didn't see it sooner because my browser blocks the pop up automatically ^_^.
• Made StatCounter visible on home page.
• Added "View Visitor Stat" generated by StatCounter. Which is just basic logs of who comes and go on my webpage. You can sign up for StatCounter and put it on your own webpage for fee too.
• Added Wikipedia link - a great source of information.
• Added 32 Flavors and Then Some link
• Consolidated software links into "Good Software" link
